The Undergraduate Student (UGS) Program offers summer and year-round internships for undergraduate students. The program is an educational program that provides students with relevant research/work experience while pursuing an undergraduate degree. Students are able to work with professionals in a variety of career fields while using state-of-the-art equipment, technology and instrumentation. This educational program is designed to complement the student’s education with work experience related to their chosen field of study. What You Need
Minimum Job Requirements:
Semester before hire (for summer hires), student must have been enrolled in and completed at least 12 semester credit hours (or equivalent) of course work. Year-round students are required to enroll in and complete 12 credit hours per semester (or equivalent) while working as an intern.


Student must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0.
New-Employment Drug Test: The Laboratory requires successful applicants to complete a new-employment drug test and maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
